This is the standard 9 palaces Qi Men Dun Jia chart for 30th Mar 2014, 1500 hours.
From the primary Qi Men or Xuan Kong Da Gua perspective, there are many clever arguments in using this hour. If you look carefully from Qi Men Dun Jia e.g. time stem's aspect, the timing is not considered ideal. The real utility at south west portends ill for general matters, favors hunting or arresting criminals.
For Xuan Kong Da Gua date selection perspective, it has failed one key test even if you have a nice name for the date time.
If you have x-ray eyes, or some basic Bazi, or date selection knowledge, you will think twice using this date and time.
Windows 8 has defensive mechanisms to prevent you from running the third party application installers or updated binaries.
For example, after you unzip the installer or updates, you will see the following screen. Simply click More Info to bring up more options.
Now you have the option to run the installer or update binaries for the applications!

Earlier on the March 8, I plot a Qi Men chart for the MH370 scenario, concentrating on the concept if something bad happens, there will usually be a inauspicious scenario in the chart.
I was able to account for the bad hour when the plane was 'deliberately' taken off the radar and plane be under the water.
There was something noted but I thought it was a mistake and did not highlight it.
If you analyse the chart carefully in my earlier post, the time stem was in North West.
At the time of plotting, I thought, "Impossible, plane was flying north east from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and it lost contact at Gulf of Thailand, north east from KL airport, how on earth can north west be related to anything?!
So I ignore the north west clue and concentrate on the bad timing and descent into the ocean instead of a inland clash.
Today, the US and Malaysian authorities are backing a strong case that the plane was 'hijacked' and it flew across the Straits of Malacca to the Indian Ocean.
That will put it at north west, hence fitting the chart nicely.
Sometimes when you try to outsmart a chart, they always come back and give you a nice kick in the butt for dismissing a good hint.
A good kick, a good lesson.

天网四张 is indeed a strange formation and most knowledgeable Qi Men Dun Jia blokes will avoid it like a plague and defer big decisions or events a few hours thereafter.
Any decent Qi Men text will mention 天网四张 and common sense will tell you that if there are other unsavory elements, that hour should be avoided.
Example:
MH370 disappeared from Malaysian radar at 1:30 a.m on 8th Mar 2014.
Hour stem in a palace with many inauspicious elements, including 天网四张, Geng+Gui aka 小格 .
Note that the Ba Men or Eight Doors are in their original locations and it is known as 'Fu Yin' 八门伏呤.

The cryptic text '6C Hr = ♣ √' is trying to say the following
6 combinations with hour branch but not transformed to wood!
The app has clearly shown the half combination between the Yin (Tiger) and Hai (Pig) branch.
Mth ½C Yr = Fire √
The above notation says month branch half combines year branch transform to fire successfully because there is a tick '√'.
Well it certainly beats using kludges like 'yang fire, yin earth'.
